Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Earrings and pierced pieces are excluded for hygiene reasons. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
